Pros: Very helpful owner Cons: Drinking Water to make sure it is available

Pros: Staff friendly Cons: Not like the pictures very old and not kept upto standards

Uncomfortable bed, room layout not very good . The TV was on top of the wardrobe, causing neck pain.

Pros: I didn't have breakfast. Cons: Poorly set out eating area. The 'Help yourself' set-up was not ideal.

Pros: Location was good Cons: Dangerous entrance to room Cobwebs and mould everywhere

Happy to stay there, price good

Pros: Location handy (if you have car) in Birmingham Very good price, value for cost Cons: Noisy as close to airport
