Pros: da vista Cons: Muito quente. sem ar condicionado. Quanto ao processo de acesso complicado trocaram os apartamentos e as chaves de acesso. Pedi uma fatura disseram que estavam a tratar disso passadas 3 semanas disseram que não o podiam fazer, tinha que ser a Booking

Great location, the building had lots of additional amenities too

Pros: Stylish, clean and very comfortable and in a perfect location. Cons: We were only provided with one fob between 4 of us which made moving around the building awkward. Asked for another on the first day of our 4 day stay but it was never resolved

Apartment was very nice, Charles hope are a nightmare.

Pros: The property was clean and comfortable and well located. Cons: The problem the our stay was with Charles hope themself. On arrival we were told because the apartment hadn’t been payed for by Charles hope we wouldn’t be able to access or apartment. Frustrating to say the least.

This has potential be be 10/10 but poor communication with essential information missing let it down a little for us

Pros: Facilities were good and great location and view from the apartment. Cons: The communication with host was very poor. Did not have the information needed for check in and proved stressful and difficult. The apartment was extremely hot and the windows do not open much which meant it was uncomfortable to sleep at night, this could easily be improved by fans or air conditioning.

Good choice for a brief stay in Liverpool

Pros: Great location for central Liverpool. Sainsbury’s local supermarket next door. Car park very close. A great mini apartment which was fully equipped with everything required. Each bedroom had its own private shower room. Cons: Very high room (27th floor) with full length windows - very warm in the recent weather and 2 rather small fans provided.
