Very easy, nice apartment, large cars most likely won't fit in the garage, have to park on the street.

Climb those stairs
If you have an issue with stairs avoid this property. After using the lift from the car park to level 1, if you are allocated rooms 18, 19 or 20, you will face a haul of 24 stairs to climb to get to your room. While the executive apartment offers a generous sized lounge, kitchenette, etc., the overall condition was showing signs of wear. The room could do with a refresh.
