Pros: Great location and professional staff. Room was beautiful and very quiet despite being on the Charlotte Street side. Nice to have a restaurant on the premises as well as a concierge. Cons: Would have liked to have a better place to put on makeup. Lighting was rather dim.

Pros: Our favourite London hotel . Wonderful location , brilliant staff and fantastic rooms . Huge thanks to the staff for our upgrade to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We felt so spoilt to be in our room . Cons: -
Very disappointing end to the stay.
Cons: Cleaner walked into room at 10am even though check out at 12. We were still in bed. 5 minutes later her manager walked in, and we were essentially kicked out of the room within 10 minutes.
