Charm City Homestay in Washington Village

Pros: Owner was easy to communicate with. Property was clean and as advertised Cons: Location. Did not feel real safe

Pros: The renovation of the townhome was nicely done , maybe put a picnic table outback in the secured area that would be nice someplace to sit . And board games in case the Internet goes down again and no TV . Cons: We stayed the weekend of the June 19-21 . The Internet and television stopped working that evening, I called that evening and the next morning to get someone over to fix it. They asked me to troubleshoot which I did and still did not work . The property manager told me they would send someone over but never did .Friday night the neighbors on the right going out were up late s

Pros: The location was great!!! Cons: There wasn't much I didnt like. We loved everything. A great time was had.

Pros: Apartment contained everything I needed. Grocery store was within walking distance. Bed was comfortable. Great location for the activities I had planned. Cons: A few design elements that can't be changed have been provided to host.
