Not satisfactory

Pros: The spaciousness and the location. Cons: Cleanliness, the bathrooms need bleach to whiten them and the bedding, sheets, duvets, and pillows were dirty and smelled very bad... in the downstairs room, it seemed like they hadn't been changed for a long time as it smelled old and like someone had slept in it, the mattress in the downstairs room was very uncomfortable. The blankets in the master bedroom also smelled bad, we left all the bedding in the shower and deliberately wet it so they would wash it for the next guests. 3 days for 400 and something euros and not being able to keep warm be

The location is great. The flat is nearby the beach. A promenade of Playa San Juan is lovely, you have there restaurants, some shops. Natalia and her mum were very nice and helpful. Natalia helped us to rent a car. As on the island are cockroaches the best is to keep the kitchen clean and not eating on the balcony after dark. I recommend this flat:) We had a great time

Pros: Underground parking lot Cons: Sweaty mattress, old stinky pillows and the worst - there are bedbugs in the sleeping room. One of them bit me.

They do not indicate that a minimum of two nights is required. They charge you and then cancel, leaving you stranded.

Cons: I reserved for one day and paid as it was available. The girl later notifies me that it cannot be reserved for one day, I told her that I was with my family and that I had already paid. She tells me that the house was not ready. When did it stop being ready? When did she realize it was for one day? She left me without accommodation. Not even on Booking does it indicate that a minimum of two nights is required. It was not cheap for one night, so it doesn't matter to her to leave people stranded just because it's only for one night. Very disappointed.
