We were pleased with the location. The house is craftsman and that was very nice.

Pros: The location was good for our needs. The house is right in front of a bus stop, so it is both convenient and loud at night. Safe neighborhood, hilly, parking space is VERY small. With our Mazda 3, we barely fit into the space with room to open the door w/0 damage. Can park on the street, though there is not much parking. Be aware that this property DOES NOT offer cancelations. We tried to rebook the property 9 days before our event, but the owners did not allow it. We were even going to stay longer. Great location and good for family groups!

Pros: Location is 10-15 mins drive to all the main attractions (i.e. Pike Market, Starbucks Reserve, Space Needle, Golden Park, Seward Park). House was very clean and comfortable. kitchen is equipped with basic amenities in case you wanted to cook. There's on site parking, but we opted for street parking, we usually found parking within 5 mins. Cons: Not too much that can be controlled, but the street level noise can be kind of loud for some--especially since there is a bus stop right in front--recommend ear plugs

Great location for walking and exploring

Pros: Location and definitely a charming house! Updated kitchen and super comfortable living room. Felt very nostalgic Cons: By a bus stop, so a little noisy but we mostly managed to sleep through it. Definitely not an issue that would make us not go back. The parking is extremely tight and hard to get out of. I have a Mazda CX9 and the length was fine but had to let people out to park, about 2 inches on each side. City living!
