Pros: Key box was simple and straightforward Cons: I was really perturbed that we were asked to send photos of our passports to a Yahoo email address. This felt like an identification theft scam and I'm left uneasy about the implications for our personal data. The flat was very clean but there was a very rusty toilet brush holder in the bathroom which, on initial inspection, looked like something brown and disturbing! It wasn't, but clearly needs replacing. As an initial impression on arriving at our flat for the night it made me want to leave immediately. The double beds were very small

Pros: Perfect for our purpose - easy to locate, plenty of space for us & had everything we needed for a weekend visiting family and gave us our own space. Location, facilities, space, cleanliness - all 10/10 Thank you Cons: N/a
