A spacious, characterful Hobart home full of charm, comfort, and thoughtful touches
Pros: The home exudes the charm of a bygone era, with high ceilings, spacious rooms, and authentic squeaking floorboards. The property was spotless, exceptionally well equipped, and felt like a real family home rather than a typical rental. The location is excellent — close to Salamanca, the waterfront, and Hobart’s inner city. Cons: Nothing significant.
Comfortable heritage home in convenient location near downtown
The home was spacious, comfortable and pretty. It was clean and had a lovely, well-equipped kitchen.

Pros: Everything. Very well kit out. More like a home than temporary accomodation. Especially the kitchen. Cons: Nothing
Beautiful house, great location, lovely hosts and amenities
Pros: The location was perfect- easy walk to Salamanca Markets, nearby to grocery store, restaurants and a pub Cons: The security lights shining into the front bedrooms was not ideal, the glass doors were beautiful but not very practical
Very good
Pros: Very roomy, comfortable furniture, very good kitchen and bathroom. Cons: If you are a light sleeper there is a problem with traffic noise as main bedrooms face a busy street. I found it too noisy but my husband wasn't bothered by traffic noise at all. So it depends on your sensitivity. I also found the house hard to heat adequately and a bit gloomy.
