Charming Townhouse in Historic Town near Boston.

Pros: Nice place quite and secure, another plus parking off street. Cons: Well not regret only thing it was a little far from my main activity but its ok

Comfortable & good value, needs some TLC.

Pros: The location is fantastic. Easy to walk around a cute little town. Parking was easy - they had a driveway. I love historic homes and this had a lot of character. Kitchen was great, completely updated and large. Overall the unit was comfortable and it was a nice change of pace from a chain hotel. Cons: Outside grounds & house exterior weren't well maintained. The bathtub needs to be re-caulked where the tiles meet the tub, it was black and the bathroom ceiling vent was caked with dust. Bathroom definitely needs better curtains or blinds. We hung pillowcases over the see-thru lace curtain

Pros: Very nice location near downtown Dedham. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and sparkling bathroom. Enjoyed my stay. Cons: The apartment is on the second floor, which I didn't know. I had had a recent accident which meant climbing stairs was a bit of a challenge.
