Checkin Bungalows Atlántida

We have stayed in the Checkin bungalows three times before and have always had quite a good time. This time was a lot worse though so there will not be a fifth time. We stayed for 9 nights in room 169 which was dirty, dark and was so far away from reception was seemingly forgotten. The telephone did not work so any complaints that we had were made after an 8 minute hike up to reception. This brings me to the main issue that I had with this Hotel. Reception. None of the staff (except Mary Fe) seemed able or willing to help with any issues. When we checked in we were told that the room would be
