Horrible.

Pros: Nothing. I never entered the property. I was told that I had cancelled the day before, but of course I did not cancel. I was treated like I had been caught and that I must do what they told me and accept another property. Cons: The owner allegedly cancelled the booking due to a misunderstanding and would not refund me. He forced me to take alternative accommodation in Brooklyn or Queens, not nearly the standard of the property we booked. I suspect the property that we booked does not even exist.

I shared a screenshot of the property’s address sent by the host. Beware…

Pros: The host did not provide the advertised property. When we presented to our rental it was occupied by other people. We were sent to a different location received a 2BR instead of a 4BR in the least desirable area of the town of Hempstead. The place was dirty, beds were not made, 1 bathroom no toilet paper, mold in the fridge. We only stayed a night because while we went for my uncle’s funeral we had a break in☹️ Cons: This people should not be allowed to host on your platform.
