Chelsea Cloisters Serviced Apartments

Pros: El apartamento era muy cómodo pero le faltaba mantenimiento. Cuando llegue tuve que hacer cambiar tres vidrios de las ventanas porque estaban rotos. Los cambiaron rápidamente. La ubicación me gustó mucho tiene un supermercado a 30 metros y está cerca de la estación del tube y por el otro lado a 4 cuadras de King road. Esta muy bueno que limpian cada dos días y cada 6 cambian sábanas toallas. La recepción atiende y ejecuta muy rápido Cons: Tenía un ascensor roto que nunca se arreglo. Buen servicio en un barrio magnífico

Pros: La ubicación, el barrio es maravilloso. Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue el servicio de los empleados, atención 24h vía WhatsApp. Fueron muy amables! Cons: Cama incómoda, el apartamento tenía muchos desperfectos

Many things to improve

Pros: Location Cons: Poor management

Pros: location, room size, amenities, bed, all excellent. Cons: noise is a big issue if u have a road facing apartment. must be a nite club nearby and when it winds up its very noisy for an hour or so. operational lift at front of building which is annoying.

Apart from the noisy cleaning staff all good.

Pros: Area and the reception staff are pleasant. Cons: Well the cleaning staff should be seen but not heard but they all seem to have this walkie talkie thing on them which is too loud and extremely annoying when one is trying to work or relax in their room as i could hear it clearly. I thought it was the police !
