Perfect little getaway spot with added luxury!
Pros: Booked this stay to celebrate an anniversary with myself and my parter. The staff kept excellent communication through booking.com from start to finish. The staff also respected our privacy during our stay. The layout of the lodges also ensure everyone has privacy from one another. I added the romance bundle and the robes. Again the staff went above and beyond and added an extra card wishing us a happy anniversary. I’d also recommend the added robes as it makes the trip feel extra bougie especially when getting out the hot tub!

Lovely quiet spot for an off-grid / tech free stay - comfortable and has everything you need
Pros: Butterfly lodge is a lovely little space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The site is very remote so the welcome basket with milk and tea etc was very helpful to get settled before making the journey to the nearest supermarket. The hot tub is a nice addition for a relaxing stay, and the grounds are well laid out to give each lodge privacy. We had torrential rain for the duration of our stay so didn’t get to enjoy use of the fire pit / BBQ / nearby walks but those options are there for dry days which is nice. Danni was very kind and helpful - on hand for any enquiries.

A fabulous find!
Pros: Well set up, with all the amenities you needed. The hot tub was a truly lovely addition in a wonderful location. Some gorgeous walks nearby and board games for the evening. The welcome pack was a thoughtful addition. The manager kept in touch via the booking.com app and was very responsive, but was also completely unintrusive to our stay. A lovely place to decompress.
Cons: We could have done with a little space to hang clothes, however we knew when we arrived that this would not be available. For two days this was not a problem - just something to be mindful of when you're packing!

Gorgeous stay, heavily recommend
Pros: Cute, clean, and has a HOT TUB. Very little light pollution in the area so on a clear night you can see tons of stars. Free parking.
Cons: It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere, so we had some issues getting takeout.
