Pros: I liked the location of the hotel
Pros: I liked the location of the hotel. The room was a decent size, and the staff was helpful. Cons: I didn't like that the sheets were full of hair (they changed them straight away when we told them), and you could hear noise from the hallway as there was no door to your room (but the hotel guests weren't noisy ones).

Very average, would stay again but only if on budget.
Pros: Room was decent. The room does need to be improved aesthetically, however the amenities were all spot on. My room was a double room which came with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV, heater, fan, kettle with tea and coffee and sugar provided, and shower gel in the bathroom. The bed was very comfy. Location is fantastic. Cons: No telephone in the room. Wallpaper peeling off. Window didn't close - thank god it's summer. The doors are heavy duty so they slam closed, which happened several times between 1am and4am and woke me continuously throughout the night. The cards to get into the

A little disappointing but great location
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is without doubt the location. Its is right in the theatre district and is easy access to the main attractions around London. The area is well serviced by good public transport, taxis and e bikes. If you want a central location and are happy to look past the negatives, then this is your place. The staff were pleasant and the room was cleaned daily. Cons: The building is a tired place that probably is due for a major revamp. It has so much potential to be the premier hotel within the area. The room was tiny!!! Just big enough for a double bed only and almos
