Pros: The hotel was clean, well decorated and looked great. Staff were helpful when needed. Cons: Kids splash pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons we booked to stay at this hotel. Only 1 of 2 restaurants were open, leading to a long wait for a table and a very long wait on food. Not great when you are with small children.
Only stay if you really need to or get a very good deal and eat elsehwere in the evenings.
Pros: Location worked for our conference. Cons: The toilet was leaking and I reported it twice and they did nothing. The wardrobe was just an empty shell with no rail or shelving. The TV remote had no back and so the batteries kept falling out. Breakfast selection was very limited.

Pros: The animals were amazing!! I loved the theme of the hotel and rooms, and the staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was great! Cons: I forgot a drink so walked around for a while at 2am trying to find a drink. The vending machine I found, 2 floors up, didn’t accept card and it wasn’t taking my cash either, so I ended up walking back out of the hotel and found a bottle of water in my car. Not very convenient. Our door also wasn’t locking so had to go back down to reception to get someone to help us figure it out. The theme park was also closed.
