Comfortable.
This apartment is in a great location and has a fantastic staff. The luxury apartment is clean and well-stocked with complimentary food and kitchen items. It’s been our go-to spot for family trips to London for the past three years.

Good Service, Though Rooms Need Renovation
I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, with friendly staff and a comfortable overall atmosphere. However, the furniture is very old, and some pieces are noticeably worn or damaged, which affected the overall impression.
