Pros: This was a nice cabin Clean inside and well maintained Cons: The cabins outside look run down and in disrepair

It needs upgrading

Pros: Good location Cons: Run down bedroom. Gardner was out at 6am with noisy machines.

Tired and dirty

Pros: Location and grounds are pleasant. Nice to have a drink by the lake. Cons: Staff completely unmotivated and generally disinterested, most of the time you have to go find them to get them to do anything. Whole place looks tired and dirty. Key cards constantly failing and locking us out of our room. Some of our family had brown water coming out the taps. Food overpriced and seemed to be cooked from frozen. Spa felt cold, wet, and dirty.

Pros: loved the selection off tea and coffee in the room, breakfast was good value and loved the spa Cons: bathroom had mould in it, dusty and decor is dated. Evening food 2 burgers 38.00 expected better quality , overpriced

Pros: outside area nice to walk around Cons: rooms were basic for what it cost breakfast wasn't the best was luke warm
