glad we got a room during a ground stop at la guardia
Pros: looking for a hotel close to la guardia, this hotel was perfect. clean and comfortable nice restaurant and bar. Cons: one desk clerk on duty, line up to check in because of cancelled flights was ridiculous. Finally another staff opened a till. staff needs better training on checking in speed.

Bottom Line: Very nicely built hotel in an unfortunately noisy location, but staff and management are so terrible that it's not worth it. The full version: Except for the bar staff (who are super friendly), the staff and management at this hotel is atrocious. We stayed for two nights and cleaning staff never cleaned our room, and lied and wrote down we left the do-not-disturb on. On-site management, being pathetic, hid behind bureaucracy and pretended they couldn't give us a refund because we booked with a third-party site (that site informed us this was no barrier to them issuing a refund).
