Very nice for the price. Close to Downtown.
Pros: Price for room. Free parking on-site!! The two Queen beds room was huge. The bathroom was also Huge and it had a new laydown fullsize tub that my wife soaked in for hours. Very comfortable. Close to downtown. Only a 5-10 minute drive. U er to downtown from here was only $15, which is better than finding parking or paying $100 for only a few hours downtown in parking garage. Cons: Both ice machines were out of service.

Pros: The location was decent Cons: Not clean. They lied about breakfast. No working tv. Ice machine didn’t work. Had to pay for water. No housekeeping. False advertisement There were rats running across the parking lot and a raccoon at the door trash can.
Would stay again if the non marathon prices are more affordable
Pros: Staff was friendly, location made for easy use of public transport, room was big and comfortable Cons: The WiFi wasn’t great and the TV was very outdated/barely worked so we ended up using our iPad to watch tv. Not a big deal since were there to see the city not watch tv in our room
Pros: Availability Cons: Under the sink, behind cabinets net and furniture, were very dirty and dusty, carpet wasn’t clean, stain on sheet. No breakfast serve
