Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.

Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.
Overall a good find. I was a little anxious before forehand as it was just me and my daughter. But really no need! Check in was straight forward and easy. Property was relatively new, clean and fresh, excellent bathroom, kitchenette. Bottle water, toiletries lovely extras. Nice to have a fridge for cold drinks. Perfect location for Coventry Arena, a quick walk. With free parking at the property, no need to move car. Two issues we encountered, the property is on a busy main road which isn't overly an issue when windows are shut. But on a warm summers evening, the room was hot! The owner had
