Fantastic location, great host, clean rooms, cooked breakfast!

Pros: Fantastic location if you are at an event at the NEC. Country House with converted Stables … great location, a traditional B&B! Breakfast in the Farm House. Cons: It met all my requirements perfectly.

Pros: Owner was very friendly and the location was ideal for us. Cons: Photos need updating as the photo of the garden with the swing/slide and chickens did not exist anymore and was one of the reasons we booked this location.

Excellent stay, absolutely a hidden gem. Our host couldn’t be any more accommodating and our room was absolutely lovely.

Comfy beds, lovely breakfast, beautiful location.
