General Manager Mike Hogan has assembled an attentive, caring team who takes personal responsibility for exceeding guest expectations. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, especially AGM Jackson Weber, who went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to upgrade my room and accommodate a few special requests.
