We loved our room and we will book again
Pros: We really liked the room quietness - the design, the view on the Barbican center. It was very clean. Everything looked fresh and new and well maintained. Cons: The room had a strange smell (but my partner did so I think it is subjective). The shower power was not so strong and not adjustable.

Pros: The reception team was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay and made working from the hotel so much easier by assisting me with everything I needed. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests, both before and during my stay, and had already addressed all our inquiries before our arrival. On top of that, the room was pristine, well-equipped, and featured a very comfortable bed and pillows. Overall, a great experience, thanks in large part to the amazing reception team! Cons: -
