Central, safe, convenient, friendly

Pros: All was fine. A special call out to the very pleasant staff and the free coffee at reception. Despite the central location, our room was quiet (nothing from outside, some movement from upstairs, nothing too bad). We (two women) felt safe. The price compared well to other comparable properties in Liverpool. The apartment had everything we needed (we appreciated the toaster in the mornings to go with our coffee!). Would stay again or check out other Citadine properties. Cons: No toilet brush! No mirror with a socket for hairdrying. Small quibbles and overall a very good stay.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located self-catering facility with friendly/helpful staff.

Pros: Convenient central location with parking nearby. Reception staff v friendly, informative and helpful. Apartment had all the essential equipment for self-catering. A very pleasant facility. Cons: Things were fine for us during our stay; no dislikes from our perspective.
