Lovely place, great decor. Could do a bit better on customer service.
Pros: The room was really clean and modern, also great location for exploring city Cons: I asked for 4 more pillows (as there were 4 of us and all wanted an extra one) but was told it was only possible to get 2 more!! The sofa bed was also super uncomfortable

The location was extremely central. The studios were spacious. One was for people with mobility difficulties. The bathroom was very functional. We were completely satisfied.

When we arrived, the receptionist mentioned that there was a minor problem with one of the air conditioners, which was not working correctly until the management intervened twice. We changed rooms. With apologies. But it was taken care of.
