Great location
Pros: Perfect location, complimentary hot drinks and fresh water available all day Cons: It was hot, better to get a room with air conditioning during a heatwave

Excellent location, central. Polite and helpful staff. Clean room, perfect bedding, has everything you need, spacious room, soundproofing. Had a great time!

Location is great but comfort is questionable
Pros: Location was quite good Cons: It was informed in advance that there would be no air conditioning in the room, but there would be a fan. However, it was not mentioned that I would not be able to open the window for fresh air. I did not find it pleasant to be asked for an extra payment for this. Also, the toilet flush took a long time to fill, and the plastic seat was cracked. The hotel is very good in terms of location, but more attention should be paid to the comfort and renovation of the rooms.

Pros: In the city center Cons: One of the deluxe apartments booked only had air conditioning in the living room. No air conditioning in the bedroom despite the heat. This was not indicated in the reservation. Be careful not to get caught out!!! Impossible to approach the hotel by car for unloading. The streets are covered with large cobblestones. Had to lift the suitcases to avoid damaging the wheels. No toilet paper in the toilet
