The best hotel.

Pros: Basically everything was wonderful. What made this hotel different was how clean it was. We usually wet wipe the room at a hotel but this time we didn't need to. The staff were also very nice and gave a very warm welcome. These factors made the hotel feel like home. Cons: I have no complaints. To me this hotel was perfect

A perfect city stay in KL!

Pros: Location of Citizen M is really good - halfway between Bukit Bintang and Chinatown, it's in a great spot. The hotel is modern and funky with all the modern amenities of a boutique-style hotel. The rooms are cosy and well connected with high-speed internet and an iPad to control everything. I would return. Cons: Not much to complain about truthfully! The rooms are compact, but truly if you're out and about seeing KL, they are fine.
