Great location, easy for sightseeing. We stayed multiple nights and they cleaned the room and changed the towels daily.

Fantastic. We stayed at the CitizenM in London and now at this one, and we will definitely come back.
Pros: We requested 2 rooms together on higher floors with premium views, but they accommodated us separately on the 14th and 17th floors. I don't think the views from those floors were worth the $300 price difference we paid, especially from the 14th floor. They should have given us rooms on the top floors of the hotel or not charged us the price difference for the views. Cons: One of the elevators was broken, causing delays of more than 15 minutes going up and down. It wasn't fixed until the fourth day of our 5-day stay. Also, the hand towels are very small.

Citizen M always delivers! Great hotels worldwide!
Love the room layout. It's small but very functional. Also, love the lounge area at the entrance!
