Pros: Bed was soooooo comfy. Shower was amazing. I didn't wanna get out. Cons: I would've liked complimentary coffee. Thats it

Great breakfast, excellent location, but overpriced. Overall, an okay stay.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options available from 6 AM to 11 AM. I really enjoyed it! The room was clean, tidy, and equipped with all the basic amenities. The location was very convenient, with most attractions just a 10–20-minute walk away. Getting around by city bus was also easy and convenient. Cons: The smart room features seem to be one of the hotel's selling points, but the tablet could only control the lights for the entire room. Also, there was no separate light switch for the bathroom, which made using it at night quite inconvenient. The bed

Great location, comfortable rooms & friendly staff.

Pros: Location of this hotel was great, close to Union Lake & not too far to walk to the Metro/Monorail. A short Uber ride too for the cruise terminals if you’re in Seattle for that purpose. We had stayed in a CitizenM before so had an idea what to expect but the reception area was so spacious & super modern, room was clean & the bed very comfortable. We had a lot of luggage which can take a little navigating in the room layout but generally for a short stay this hotel is a great option! Staff were really friendly too - would 100% recommend. Cons: Nothing - we enjoyed our stay & the location
