We booked this location purely because it promised on site free parking, unfortunately what they fail to mention is the “carpark” is tiny, and will be overbooked. So unfortunately we had to then attempt to find other carparks (costing money and risking fines and damage) nearby. A HUGE inconvenience when you’re travelling with children and people with disabilities. Our apartment on arrival was absolutely disgusting. It was clear it hadn’t been cleaned from the last visitors. This is one of my Go-To places to stay in Melbourne if I’m in a budget. Great value for money - rooms are older but always spotless and clean. Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner supplied plus Milk & Tea/Coffee/Sugar. North Richmond Train Station a short 10 min walk and 109 & 12 trams stop a block away (get off at Wellington Parade)

Basic things were missed like a tea towel, felt dirty with stains on walls and carpet, kitchen smelt like cigarettes, bathroom sink was loose, behind the toilet was covered in dust and matresses were extremely hard. I know it was cheap but these things are easy to do.
