Poor service from hotel staff, I recommend further training for your staff
Pros: The location Cons: Poor service from the Reception staff, unclear information provided, lack of training, unable to generate a lodging invoice, I have not received my invoice via email to date, no way to generate a consumption CFDI. The lamp outside our room seemed like a strobe light and was very annoying
Pros: The room is very comfortable Cons: The phone in the room was not working. They only left towels and shampoo for 2 people and we were 3 guests. Since the phone was not working, I had to go down for a towel and the person at reception had a bad attitude
