No one person working.
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the conditions at your hotel on the night of August 31, 2025. My friend and I checked in around 9:00 PM with a pleasant employee and initially had a positive experience. However, when we returned to the hotel around midnight, we were shocked to find the premises abandoned and unsecure. There were no cars in the parking lot, the main entrance door was wide open, and office and reception desk were dark. A sign at the front desk stated, "We are closed any emergency call 911." We got a last minute booking quite literally 30 minutes before showing up. The property is in the middle of renovations but you can't beat the price for a last minute booking. They offered a hot breakfast and fresh coffee which was greatly appreciated. The staff was very kind and welcoming, made check in and check out a breeze!
