Stay at City Inn Russell
Pros: The apartment was well situated and clean. Cons: I contacted the property to ask about dropping my luggage before check-in which they assured me would be fine and to go to Reception which was open from 11am to 5pm. However when I arrived around 11.30am Reception was closed. I sent an email but didn't receive a reply until hours later. I needed up leaving my suitcase in the hallway. They are obviously not checking emails throughout the day as I had another request sent via email that also took several hours to respond to. Awful place
Pros: Don't be taken in with the photos of the rooms. Clearly taken many years ago. Cons: Noisy, and very smelly of fast food and drains.
