City Oaks - Sheffield Station & Utilita Arena

Great stay for a weekend away, was in a good location and the place itself was very clean tidy, with everything we needed for a couple days and lots of room for 6 people. Really enjoyed would definitely recommend

Pros: The property was very clean and in a nice area. There was space for 5 people with beds and general space like chairs and sofas. The facilities were good - had a washing machine, enough plates and cups, fridge, freezer, and a rack for drying clothes. The bathroom was lovely - nice and designed. Style of the house was lovely too. Cons: A few of the stairs were very creaky. The room with the double bed did not have adequate space for someone’s belongings - only a wall shelf enough to put a few things on as well as a wall-mounted coat rack.
