Pros: Siempre que voy a Londres por trabajo intento quedarme aquí. Me encanta el desayuno, el personal es muy amable y la ubicación es genial para mi trabajo. Recomiendo 100% este hotel. Cons: No tengo ninguna queja. Tal vez, la relación calidad/precio, pero viviendo en los tiempos en los que vivimos, es imposible encontrar un hotel mejor, en esa zona por ese precio.

I always try to stay at this hotel, I feel at home here
Pros: This is my favourite hotel in London, firstly because of its excellent location, and secondly because it makes me feel at home. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious, with comfortable pillows, fresh décor and lovely bathrooms. A special thank you to Claudia, the restaurant manager. She is very friendly, always happy to help, and always has a smile on her face. The breakfasts are outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. There are tube stations nearby, and the main attractions are within walking distance. This was my second stay here, and I’

Nice location but too much noise
Pros: Central location with good access to buses and subway Cons: First day when we arrived we were not able to let our luggage in the storage room as it was full, they recommended using the one to the adjacent hotel which was even fuller, we had to find an alternative solution which is frankly not ideal. First night was extremely noisy as the room was located in an inside court where there is a pub and some restaurants and isolation is almost inexistant despite the earplugs they provided.
