Very unsafe was booked for 2 nights but only stayed one night wasnt risking another night
Pros: Please don't book this property if you are a female. Very unsflafe lots of kicking to the outside door mens voices thru out the night and 2 asain men hanging around outside watching you go in and leave the property Cons: Mattress was so thin full of springs the pillows were really lumpy. The heating is on full blast all thru the day and night
We repeat - could not and did not stay because of reasons outlined above
Pros: Nothing. We walked out and booked somewhere else Cons: Location. Facilities. No on site as promised. No one to greet or to talk to. Didn't live up to advertised claims. Would not recommend. Despite request to cancel booking and get refund, this was refused. We will be taking this further.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained and excellent value for money
10/10 for cleanliness and 10/10 for maintenance. The room was available on arrival as expected, and the door code was sent by email in advance of my arrival time. The room itself consisted of a double bed, clothing rail with plenty of hangers, two bedside tables and one 'bedroom chair'. The cupboard with a shelf above had the usual tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge concealed by the cupboard doors. Clean towels left on the bed. Basic toiletries in the bathroom. Hairdryer and iron (which I did not use). The bathroom is small but perfectly adequate. The view from the window looks
Comfortable but prepare to weightlift
Pros: The comfort of the bed and the facilities were all top levels of comfort. The shower is wonderful with great pressure and heat. The location to bus services and the centre of Liverpool is ideal. Also communication from both staff on the premises and from an administrative point were friendly and incredibly accommodating. Cons: As international travellers, we brought nearly 30kg bags with us. Hauling these suitcases up four flights of stairs made for a difficult task.
