Underwhelming. Will never book none- hotel accommodation with Bookinng.com again 😡

Pros: The location for Co op live in as was good. On arrival we were supposed the get the apartment key from the open letter box rack in the foyer. We opened the letter box and there was no key. I phoned Bookings.com number and had to wait 20 minutes before being connected to customer services. In the meantime time my wife phone the local agent number only to get a voice may so she left a message. Back to my call, after 25 mins I spoke with a BC agent explaining the situation. He kept me on hold whilst he as he contact the local agent. The BC agent never re-connected himself to our call an

Brilliant stay in Manchester

Exactly what we needed, clean and tidy with everything we needed. Secure parking right outside the building easy check in (which was earlier than most normal check in times too!) would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Great location for Coop Live and Etihad stadium.

Pros: Location for Coop Live is superb and reason for booking it. Clean and comfortable. Shower was high power! Very nice. Cons: Some minor issues with getting in that were quickly and easily sorted through contacting the property.

Pros: We absolutely loved everything about this property! It had all the amenities you could possibly ask for, making our stay comfortable and convenient from start to finish. The property was clean, well equipped, and felt like a real home away from home. The location was also perfect for us. Being so close to the tram station and Co-op Live meant there was no hassle at all getting back home after the concert, which was a huge bonus! Check-in was incredibly easy and straightforward, making our arrival completely stress-free. Overall, we had such a lovely stay and couldn’t fault the property
