Fabulous place, feeling a little tired.
Pros: Great location, easy access, very comfortable for what we needed. Super clean.
Cons: We've been coming here for 2 years when we visit our son at Uni. It seems no maintenance has been done in that time, the sofas are tired and there is still a broken chair.

All the comforts of home, just on the edge of Leeds town centre.
Pros: The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well-equipped for a short stay. Access to the property was made very easy and all the information I needed was thoughtfully provided. I was amazed how quiet it was. I would love to stay here again.
Cons: I happened to visit during a very warm period. A fan would have been helpful for circulation.

Disappointed with facilities and lack of communication
Pros: The location
Cons: The tv in the bedroom was broken and had lines down the screen and the tv in the living room would not connect to Netflix. I tried contacting the number that was on the website and in the book but no one answered and no one responded to my messages or returned my phone call. The property also needs so TLC and some of the plates were still dirty. Overall the property could be great but some things let it down. I was informed there was a fan at the property which there wasn’t. The only good thing about this property was how close to was to where I needed to be.
