Pros: Not too far from centre, once we'd worked it out. Staff helpfull when telephoned them for info. Cons: Wet towels left in washing machine. Our 'clean' towels smelt damp. Bed settee uncomfortable. Pillows could of been better quality along with bed linen! Apartment very hot and only a small fan. No water or milk left in fridge which would of been nice. Riffy sponge for cup washing. Apartment much smallerthan appeared in photos..

Pros: Great rate for the centre of Liverpool and staff were very helpful and attentive over the phone and email. Cons: Photos are a bit misleading when viewing apartment details as they show one of the larger apartments and lead you to believe the room is larger than it looks. The sofa and floors were also not particularly clean upon arrival.

Great flat in fantastic location

Pros: The location is fantastic - in a quiet area but 5 mins walk from top of town, cathedral, Philharmonic Hall etc Cons: Would have been a squeeze if using the sofa bed
