Pros: The location is great, the staff were wonderful - kind and pleasant, very helpful. Cons: Room was hot and smelled like mildew, shoe prints on pillowcase, tea bags on desk had mold, weird substance stuck on desk. Shower curtain rod not installed properly so curtain just drooped in the middle.

Pros: Nothing Cons: It was filthy! The tv didn’t work the bathrooms dirty and the microwave was unusable. I booked the rooms for my son’s birthday for him to get in the pool but we couldn’t attend because it was dirty and had debris everywhere in it. All in all my three day stay was horrible.

Pros: Convenience Marlowe at the front desk is AWESOME very helpful great personality for her position. Cons: Where to begin. The worker Renee, was one of the rudest ppl I have met especially in her line of business. Very unprofessional dealings with the pool using foul language with children around approaching guests with issues with a horrible attitude passing her in the walkway, rude snotty doesn’t smile very impolite, etc. Pool not open until noon, which is very unheard of. the maintenance guy instead of cleaning pool, washes a pitbull and other dog on the lounge chairs that ppl sit
