Very disappointing and unhygienic experience — I would not recommend

Pros: The location was good Cons: Very disappointing and unhygienic experience — I would not recommend I booked this accommodation for a 68-year-old woman and two young children, aged 5 and 8, and unfortunately the whole experience was completely unacceptable. The original property had problems, so we were moved to a replacement. When we arrived at the second property, there was no hot water for the first five days. Perfect venue for St Mary Stadium

Pros: Location was wonderful for the event we were attending. The flat was clean, well presented and comfortable. It was within comfortably walking distance to the city centre, Theatre and train station. Cons: The flat was near the train track, which the screaching of the train brakes took a few days to get used to. We had teething issues with front door key lock and the WiFi connection. However, Victor and his maintenance team came to rectify promptly.

Extremely short, I walked in, took photos and left. I didn’t stay a single minute or night.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Cons: Everything from a health, hygiene and safety point of view. It would not pass any health standards. The property was filthy. All metal fittings and equipment is rusty and filthy. The fridge and toaster and bathroom ceiling was filled of mold. The microwave, stove and oven was filthy and oily. There were oily human hand marks all over the mirrors as it was used as a whore house. The bed mattress was broken and complete caved in. Everything was filthy and was not up to living standards from any country.
