Best hotel in Birmingham

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and Muskaan (reception manager) made my stay even better. She was warm, professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and smooth, and she was always happy to answer my questions and assist with anything I needed. We have had best food and service at the restaurant, Rosetta provides excellent customer service, the food are super delicious. All in all, they made me feel valued throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again.

It was really good

Pros: Only complaint would be we were woke up 4 times during the night by people in the corridor returning to their rooms. Probably to be expected on a Saturday night Cons: As above

Won’t be going back the room was 28 degrees and ac did not work, staff only offered a fan not a change of room
