Ideal location but very basic and cleanliness needs to be addressed

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect Above an amazing restaurant which we dined in called VIVA brazil Opposite all the main clubs and bars Cons: The room we booked was on the 11th floor The bed had a blood patch on the mattress cover we only noticed this when we got into bed at around midnight and thought it was too late to ring about so we put a towel on it And the room was boiling The air con system wasn’t working and we had to ring the reception at 4:30 am as it was unbearable we were then given a room on the lower floor which was fine but cleanliness was very bad The bat

Convenient location, reasonable price but prefer a personal check in.

Pros: Central location, very comfortable bed, fridge with water, fizzy drinks and chocolate a nice touch and good bathrobes. Cons: Self service check in, not greeted by the person on reception who was not with another guest. Electrical issues in the room, poor hospitality tray, two teabags and three coffee pods. Breakfast staff very pleasant but the hot food very dry at 8:45am
