Pros: Bed was really comfortable room was clean Cons: Did not agree booking.com price, paid for celebration package which I was charged for twice (2 night stay) even though on the website it didn’t state per night. after speaking twice to the reception and raising my concerns. They took my bank details they never did refund me. Bath was broken, tap was leaking. No smart tv so couldn’t watch Netflix etc which was not ideal when we wanted to chill one evening after a busy day

Un buen alojamiento en Londres bien comunicado.

Pros: Ubicación, tranquilidad. Cons: Atasco en bañera y lavabo, necesitan reforma.

Great hotel to stay when attending an event on site

Pros: Great location, spacious room, which was clean and a comfortable bed Cons: I couldn't get into the fitness room, but not overly worried about it

Pros: Bello l'albergo e il personale cordiale. Buone le procedure di check-in e check out. Cons: Un po' di polvere nelle stanze. Non collegato benissimo al centro, soprattutto la sera.
