Good hotel, but very poor management of the airport shuttle.
Pros: Overall pleasant hotel, with a very convenient location for the airport. The structure is good, and the proximity to the terminals is definitely a strength. Cons: I was very disappointed with the management of the airport shuttle, advertised as operational 24 hours a day. My wife and my two adult children arrived very late, and we had informed the hotel in advance of their arrival. Despite several calls to the hotel number, the shuttle did not arrive, and we did not receive any assistance. Fortunately, a driver from another nearby hotel kindly offered to take them to the Clayton. Even mo
