Paradise!
Pros: This is my third time here. I LOVE this hotel!! Clean, kind, so much to offer and in a perfect location. The interior staff is off the charts awesome! Cons: My only issue was slow service from a female bartender at the pool, and rude service from the young man that closes the pool. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Great vacation stay
Cons: The blankets had mold growing in them
Overall nice hotel. The staff are what make this hotel excellent
Pros: This property would have been given 10 if they hadn’t accidentally charged us twice for our stay at check in, which took nearly a week to refund. The facilities on site and the staff and really great. Cons: It’s a bit out of the way but there is a bus to take you around.
The 99% of the staff were polite and helpful
Pros: Location Cons: Pool area kind of small
Lovely hotel as always pool bar staff are fantastic
Pros: Always return to this hotel as fantastic staff and pool bar Cons: They now charge $30 per day to park your car, where our last 4 visits there was no charge.
