It’s a nice hotel.
Pros: The overall cleanliness and location was really nice. The room service staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: The front desk was my overall issue. When I first came in the ladies were joking fairly too much. They didn’t tell me they added more money to my account for incidentals and my card kept declining and it was rude how the lady checking me in looked at me. I just pushed it off and went about my night. The next day, I get a call that my card declined again, I go downstairs and I ask what was I being charged for, they said “everything” very loud and belligerent. They were professional

Nice hotel in the Cleveland burbs...
Family of four, all adults, stopping as a midway spot on our way to Buffalo. Very nice hotel, clean and the staff was exceptional. The lounge was nice; great snacks and breakfast was pretty good with lots of fresh fruit. If we are ever back in the area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
