Everything, Cleveland Residences is always on the top of the list when considering where to stay in London. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. We arrived early and not only did they hold our luggage, but they also delivered our luggage to our room before our return later in the afternoon. Although our room was on a floor which had no elevator access they offered to help us the morning we were checking out.

Pros: location was excellent, very nice area, great building - easy to deal with reception, small milk in fridge for tea, micro, fridge and hob looked good but didn't need to use, bed comfortable room clean Cons: Kettle had to be used on floor as no socket, iron needed a clean, facilities adequate as described but felt utility rather than luxury, could hear other rooms as walls very thin

Pros: Posizione ottima e camere ok e dalle buone dimensioni per gli standard di Londra. Check-in semplice con comunicazione di codici di ingresso e un portale con tutte le domande e risposte. Cons: Non completamente soddisfatto perché si tratta comunque di una struttura non proprio economica e alcune cose non hanno reso particolarmente confortevole la stanza: ventola del bagno non funzionante, camera un po' fredda ma riscaldamento non funzionante nonostante avessimo seguito le istruzioni per accenderlo e chiusura della doccia difettosa che faceva fuoriuscire l'acqua.
