Clifton Hotel

Pros: Clean and comfortable room, really friendly staff and lovely breakfast. We were able to reserve a space in the hotel car park which was very handy. Cons: The room felt rather cold when we arrived, and we realised the wind was blowing a draught through the air vent in the bay window. Fortunately one of the suitcases came in handy to block it, and the bed was warm so we slept well nevertheless.

Pros: Convenient for work , welcoming staff ,clean and practical room . Cons: Over bed light wasn't working, but can be rectified easily.

Pros: Room was nice enough, if a bit dated, could have done with a bit of a revamp, only stayed one night so it served its purpose. reserved parking spots a nice touch but should have been free considering the room prices. Cons: Not possible to get breakfast before we left as the restaraunt wasn't open, we left around 07.30/ 08.00. No cash accepted behind the bar for some strange reason

We felt it was great value for the money and would stay again and recommend to others.

Pros: Lovely sea view room,very comfy bed,nice breakfast The bar food was ok but the tables were a bit low for sitting to eat at. Cons: We had no toiletries in the dispensers in the bathroom,I mentioned it next morning at breakfast and was told housekeeping would sort it,they didn’t but when I asked at reception they provided me with some . The lift was rather dated.

Pros: Staff were welcoming and helped sort on street parking for us. Room was spacious and clean with a cracking view of the bins but you can't win them all. Didn't pay for a view so didn't expect one. Would absolutely 100% stay again infact have a booking already 😀 Cons: Stayed at Britannias with happy hours at the bar and think it would be nice there too 🙂
